The service

Fonologist is provided as is, for personal, non-commercial use. You must be 13 or older to use it.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service. This includes automated play, scraping the audio clips, or attacking the servers. We may suspend accounts that do any of these.

Content

The audio clips come from the Mozilla Common Voice dataset under its public domain (CC0) dedication. The app's own content, including insights, design, and mascot, belongs to us.

No warranty

The service is provided with no warranty of any kind. Liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of our home jurisdiction.
